Free Canada College/University Consulting and Application
Our counselor will figure out and analyze your interests and needs with you. Based on this information, we will provide you with the most possible school solutions for your specific needs, and we will provide our suggestions to you, such as which school will be the best for you. Once you decide which school you will apply, our counselor will sit down with you, help you fill out the application form, and verify every detail with you. After completing the application forms, our counselor will inform you and help you to check-list all the required documents to the institution you want to apply to. After collecting all the required documents, our counselor will complete the school registration for you with your application form and fee.

Free Student Health Insurance and Travel Insurance Service
Since Excel has very good business relationships with all major insurance companies in Vancouver, we also offer wide variety of student health insurance plans to our students. Students could choose the best plan from Excel including both public and private.

Free Social Insurance Card Application
The Social Insurance Number (SIN) is a nine-digit number that you need to work in Canada or to have access to government programs and benefits. Excel will assist its students to apply Social Insurance number in order to be covered by standard government benefits.
